Nanlite Forza 60B Bi-Color and Forza 200 Daylight COB LED Lights Announced

Nanlite expands COB LED range with two new compact lights!

Nanlite Forza 60B

NanLite has just added two new COB LED lights to their Forza Family – the NanLite Forza 60B Bi-Color and NanLite Forza 200

The two join the already very popular Forza 60, Forza 300, and Forza500 COB LEDs from Nanlite. Basically, the Forza 60B is basically the bi-color version of the smallest Forza LED – the Forza 60. On the other hand, the Forza 200 is a bigger light, that sits below the Forza 300 in terms of output and size. And that’s a good thing.

Forza 60B – Powerful Bi-Color LED in a Tiny Size

Main competitor Aputure, has been pioneering the COB LED space (and recently announced their own Aputure 60D and 60X, in addition to the Aputure 600D powerhouse). And as such, it’s nice to see Nanlite bring a light that is in between the Forza 60 and the Forza 300.

I guess, you can think of the Forza 200 as the Nanlite version of the Aputure 120D Mark II, which is a great fixture. One that I actually own and love using. I also happen to own the Forza 60, which has been growing on me, but more on that in another post.

Additionally, the tiny Forza 60B from Nanlite weighs just 1.8lbs. Kelvin temperature can be adjust from 2700K to 6500K. Nanlite states that with the included reflector, the Forza 60B outputs 13,830 Lux of 5600K at 1 meter. And that’s quite the punch from such a tiny light.

And, the Forza 60B does all this while maintaining a high CRI/TLCI of 98/95, ensuring accurate colour rendition.
