Blackmagic Design announces DaVinci Resolve 17 is now out of beta and available in full, final production release to download.
As of today users can download the full shipping version of DaVinci Resolve 17. Furthermore, this release is packed with over 300 new features and enhancements including new color management, HDR and color warper tools.
Moreover, Resolve 17 also includes improved Fairlight usability with support for up to 2,000 tracks with flexible cascade bussing.
Meanwhile, the Edit page now includes smart reframe, timeline audio and video syncing, keyer, compositing, video collage and a smart proxy workflow.

DaVinci Resolve 17 also includes support for connecting to remote databases, and multi user collaboration. Likewise, the latest update also features new Fusion effects templates, shape nodes, animation curves, and synced audio animations.
Also recently, the company announced the new Pocket 6K Pro camera with built-in NDs and adjustable touchscreen. Other new announcements include the ATEM Mini Extreme and ISO video switchers.
The new ATEM Mini flagship switchers are equipped with 8 x HDMI inputs, 4 ATEM Advanced Chroma Keyers, a total of 6 independent DVEs, 2 downstream keyers, 16 way multi-view, 2 USB-C connections and multiple HDMI AUX outputs.

NOTE: for Windows users – Read Before You Install
For those using DaVinci Resolve (or Studio) on Windows, it is highly recommended to uninstall previous versions prior to installing Resolve 17 Beta 5 and higher versions.
Going forward, all Fairlight, grading and editor keyboard firmware updates will be managed from the DaVinci Control Panels Setup utility.
