ARRI releases ALEXA Mini LF Firmware Update SUP 6.0.22

ARRI is releasing ALEXA Mini LF SUP 6.0.22, which brings more system stability and also improves the Compact Drive LED indicator behaviour. 

With the latest update, camera operators and assistants can rely on the Codex Compact Drive status indicator LED to more accurately show when it is safe to eject the drive rom the camera.

New Features – ALEXA Mini LF SUP 6.0.22

  • Compact Drive Status LED Improvements:

Once you stop recording, the Compact Drive status indicator LED remains solid red until the Compact Drive is ready to be removed.

After a few seconds the LED will turn solid green, alerting you that it is now safe to remove the drive.

  • System Stability Improvements

Furthermore, SUP 6.0.22 also makes certain system stability improvements. These include a number of changes to the internal communications significantly reducing the occurrence of error messages #4, #5, #14, #93, #138 or #200.
